Isn’t this the perfect creepy, crawly topic for Halloween?
My guest this week is Erica Johns of Supermom’s No-Lice Advice, a business dedicated to helping parents prevent and eliminate head lice safely and effectively. After suffering through a lice infestation in her own family, she has become an expert on how to avoid lice and how to safely treat lice once they have laid their eggs.
It’s a creepy subject, one that we never want to think would ever happen to US, but it does indeed happen to unsuspecting folks, simply by being too close to one another. That’s not to say that you can’t give hugs or be close to loved ones or friends but if you use the preventative measures that Erica outlines on the show, you shouldn’t have a problem with lice finding their way onto your head.

Just the mention/thought of lice gives me the heebie jeebies so this is one show I can’t listen to! I know that is just silly but I honestly can’t stand how my body itches & feels like things are crawling on me when I hear someone talk about lice (yeah now my head is itching like you wouldn’t believe - sigh).
